Digitizing is the translation of an image into a digital pattern/file that controls color changes, density, stitch type and overall directions for embroidery machines.
A “sew-out” is a sample of the embroidery design using the actual colors and appropriate sizing on a piece of material intended for client approval purposes.
If we can hoop the item and allow our embroidery machines to move freely during the stitching process then it can be embroidered.
Our prices are based on the stitch count of your logo/design as well as the complexity and ease of sewing. Some garments are more difficult to hoop and require our machines to run a slower speed for accuracy and quality.
YES!!! We have multiple techniques available for personalization including screen printing, embroidery and heat press. Depending on the item, we will make suggestions as to which method would be most appropriate. Various fonts and color choices are available.
Turnaround time can be anywhere from 3-14 working days from approval of artwork. We have been known to complete jobs in as little as 24 hours if the need arises.
No job is too small for Alligator. While there are cost savings involved in doing multiple pieces due to set-ups, we are willing to do single pieces as needed.
Payment in full is due upon completion and delivery of the job.

We suggest garments be washed prior to wearing due to materials used in the manufacturing and printing process. For best results, turn garments inside out when washing. Do NOT dry clean, bleach, or iron design work.

Art files should be saved as AI (Adobe Illustrator), eps or pdf . Save images as 300 dpi or higher. In the case of specialized fonts please include all font files. We do have clipart available as well.
